Below you will find general and specific guidelines around Enrich Nutrition return & claim policy
1. Return Policy
1.1. General guideline
Any products purchased from Enrich Nutrition falls under our everyday return policy. In order to receive full credit (no restocking fee), products can be returned within 7 days. Any products returned after the 7 day grace period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
1.1.1 Return Authorization Number – All products being returned must have an assigned return authorization number(RA#) before being returned. Any product returned back to Enrich Nutrition without an RA# will not receive a refund of any kind. We can only track returns with an RA#.
1.2. Product eligibility
184.108.40.206. Products being sent back to Enrich Nutritio will be diligently inspected at our warehouse as there are certain criteria that needs to be met in order for products to be accepted & credited. Any and every product sent back needs to be unopened and in new condition. No product will be accepted once opened or used in any way.
1.3. Dropship orders
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges in the event that the address entered for home delivery (drop ship) is not valid or was entered falsely and results in a returned shipment to us. In the event that the order needs to be reshipped, the initial order will only be credited once we have received and processed the return for the package that was originally shipped.
1.4.1. Damaged product (over packing)
It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damaged package they receive from Enrich Nutrition. The customer has three business days from receipt of an order to report damaged goods and get the product replaced/credited. Enrich Nutrition will not be liable for any damage reported after the 3 business day period.
1.4.2. Damaged box (from third party courier)
It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damaged or lost package from our third party courier partners. If you see that there are missing boxes or visible damage to your order you need to sign for it “damaged” with the courier and report it IMMEDIATELY.
Enrich Nutrition will not be liable for any orders SIGNED IN FULL by the customer.
Our Return Policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and authorization from our office. To receive authorization please contact us at email@example.com. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days from our office, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (this does not include the time it takes for your credit card or bank to clear your returned payment).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to receive return information.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All products purchased from our E-commerce store ship for free using a ground shipping service within the continental United States.
